This pack features both the 6ft high and the 4ft6in high concrete panel fencing found all over the SR and manufactured at their Exmouth Junction Concrete Works. The model were constructed from the basic dimensions in the original manufacturing drawings. These were contained in the definative work on the products of Exmouth Junction Concrete Works, "Southern Nouveau" by Chris Hawkins & George Reeve, published by Wild Swan. The fencing was principally used in station areas (platform backs, boundary etc.) but was occasionally used on the lineside at crossings etc. On gradients this particular design of fencing used stepped panels rather than the specially made parallelagram panels of the later 1950s version of this fencing.

Dit pakket bevat zowel de 6ft hoge als de 4ft6in hoge betonnen paneelafrastering die overal in de SR te vinden is en vervaardigd in hun Exmouth Junction Concrete Works. Het model is opgebouwd uit de basisafmetingen in de originele productietekeningen. Deze waren opgenomen in het definitieve werk over de producten van Exmouth Junction Concrete Works, "Southern Nouveau" van Chris Hawkins & George Reeve, gepubliceerd door Wild Swan. Het hekwerk werd voornamelijk gebruikt in stationsgebieden (platformruggen, begrenzing etc.) maar werd af en toe aan de baanzijde gebruikt bij kruisingen enz. Op hellingen gebruikte dit specifieke ontwerp van schermen getrapte panelen in plaats van de speciaal gemaakte parallelle panelen van de latere jaren 1950-versie van dit hekwerk.
