Train Sim World 2

Op 20 augustus 2020 kwam Train Sim World 2 uit, de opvolger van Train Sim World 2020. In de nieuwe game zijn er enkele zichtbare grafische wijzigingen doorgevoerd, maar ook aan de game engine is er gesleuteld. Dit alles roept natuurlijk enkele vragen op over de DLC's en mods van TSW2020. 

 

Als je een route hebt gekocht voor TSW2020, dan zal je deze ook gratis kunnen gebruiken in TSW2 (mits je TSW2 gekocht hebt natuurlijk). Dovetail Games is momenteel druk bezig met alle DLC's van TSW2020 naar TSW2 te converteren. Een lijst van de beschikbare TSW2020 DLC's in TSW2 vind je op de Steam-winkelpagina van Train Sim World 2 onder de naam "Preserved Collection".

 

Doordat de DLC's geconverteerd moeten worden, moeten ook de mods (waaronder route updates, repaints, ...) aangepast worden aan TSW2. De makers van de mods zijn daar momenteel mee bezig, en ook wij proberen onze filebase van downloads voor TSW2020 en TSW2 up-to-date te houden. Daarom zie je vanaf nu in de beschrijving en tags van een download of hij compatibel is in TSW2020 en / of TSW2. Feedback is altijd welkom

Train Sim World 2, the successor to Train Sim World 2020, was released on 20 August 2020. In the new game some visible graphic changes have been made, but also the game engine has been tinkered. All this raises some questions about the DLC's and mods of TSW2020 of course. 

 

If you have bought a route for TSW2020, you will also be able to use it for free in TSW2 (if you have bought TSW2). Dovetail Games is currently busy converting all DLCs from TSW2020 to TSW2. A list of the available TSW2020 DLCs in TSW2 can be found on the Steam shopping page of Train Sim World 2 under the name of "Preserved Collection".

 

Because the DLCs need to be converted, the mods (including route updates, repaints, ...) also need to be adapted to TSW2. The creators of the mods are currently working on this, and we are also trying to keep our filebase of downloads for TSW2020 and TSW2 up to date. That's why from now on you can see in the description and tags of a download whether he is compatible with TSW2020 and/or TSW2. Feedback is always welcome
