The Signalsoft partner webshop has unfortunately had to close.

As part of the original agreement with Signalsoft, ChrisTrains was sent monthly sales lists. I have recovered all of these databases going back as far as 2012, and I have been able to write a utility that extracts the relevant customer and sales information and imports it into the christrains.com webshop.
This means that all previous Signalsoft customers now have accounts at christrains.com, and these accounts contain all previously purchased products from Signalsoft.
You can check your account using the "my downloads" section on the help page : https://www.christrains.com/en/support.html

Important: In the process of importing the account information, the original keycodes have been lost but the next time you download a product from christrains.com, you will be issued a new keycode. Also - some of the products might appear as duplicates in your account (for example it might show two VIRM purchases). That's OK.

Important: the accounts that have been created or edited at christrains.com are based on the email addresses used for the original purchases at Signalsoft. If you cannot find your account using your most current email address, I can hand-modify the account if you know what the original email address was.

 

GDPR information.
The Signalsoft customer data DOES NOT include payment information. No bank or credit card details were ever sent to ChrisTrains.
The Signalsoft customer data DOES include mailing addresses and phone numbers - those have all been discarded as ChrisTrains has no need to know any of that information. (If you want to manually add your mailing address to your new ChrisTrains account, that's up to you)
The Email addresses used to create accounts at ChrisTrains.com HAVE NOT automatically been signed up for the ChrisTrains newsletter. If you want to sign up, you must do so using the "mailing list" section at the bottom of the main ChrisTrains.com page.

De Signalsoft partner webshop heeft helaas moeten sluiten.
Als onderdeel van de oorspronkelijke overeenkomst met Signalsoft ontving ChrisTrains maandelijkse verkooplijsten. Ik heb al deze gegevens vanaf 2012 boven water gehaald en ik heb een hulpprogramma kunnen schrijven dat de relevante klant- en verkoopinformatie importeert in de christrains.com webshop.
Dit betekent dat alle eerdere Signalsoft-klanten nu accounts hebben op christrains.com, en deze accounts bevatten alle eerder gekochte producten van Signalsoft.

Belangrijk: tijdens het importeren van de accountgegevens zijn de originele sleutelcodes verloren gegaan, maar de volgende keer dat u een product downloadt van christrains.com, ontvangt u een nieuwe sleutelcode. Tevens kunnen sommige producten als duplicaten in uw account verschijnen (er kunnen bijvoorbeeld twee VIRM-aankopen worden getoond). Dat is geen probleem.

 

Belangrijk: de accounts die zijn gemaakt of bewerkt op christrains.com zijn gebaseerd op de e-mailadressen die zijn gebruikt voor de oorspronkelijke aankopen bij Signalsoft. Als u uw account niet kunt vinden met uw meest recente e-mailadres, kan ik het account handmatig aanpassen als u weet wat het oorspronkelijke e-mailadres was.

GDPR-informatie.
De Signalsoft-klantgegevens bevatten GEEN betalingsinformatie. Er zijn nooit bank- of creditcardgegevens naar ChrisTrains gestuurd.
De Signalsoft klantgegevens bevatten WEL postadressen en telefoonnummers - die zijn allemaal weggegooid omdat ChrisTrains geen van die informatie hoeft te weten. (Als u uw postadres handmatig aan uw nieuwe ChrisTrains-account wilt toevoegen, is dat aan u)
De e-mailadressen die worden gebruikt om accounts op ChrisTrains.com aan te maken, zijn NIET automatisch aangemeld voor de ChrisTrains-nieuwsbrief. Als u zich wilt aanmelden, moet u dit doen via het gedeelte "mailinglijst" onderaan de hoofdpagina van ChrisTrains.com.
