CabView fix GTW

This update restores the cab view of Christrains' stadler GTW. The camera is too high.
Installation:
-Open "Utilities.exe" in your TrainSim root folder.
-Open "Package Manager in the window and refresh
-Press the "Install" button and select the .rwp
