HLD 62 / 63
The HLD 62/63 is a Belgian locomotive with diesel-electric drive from the 1960s. A total of 136 cars were delivered between 1961 and 1966. They were used to replace the last steam locomotives, on lines where there was no overhead line.

They were used to replace the last steam locomotives, on lines where there was no overhead line.
In 2003 they were taken out of service by the NMBS. Many locomotives have been transferred to infrastructure manager Infrabel. Like the HLD 6255.
