DSB MY NOHAB

The DSB MY is a diesel electric locomotive of the Danish Railways (DSB). The series of 59 units was built between 1954 and 1965 by the Swedish NOHAB. The locomotives were the backbone of DSB passenger and freight traffic for years until they were gradually phased out in the early 1990s. Some locomotives were scrapped, others were sold to Danish private railway companies and several Swedish and German companies.
