BR189 Vlaggenloc pakket 1.0.0

The Repaints looks good, but why do you chose, to put your Repaints into the folder of the [RDF_RS]BR189?
You can easily make a new folder and change all directions in the .bin.. That's how I do it on my Repaints.

This was done for simplicity and specifically so i wouldn't have to change all the paths in the .bin, as is explained in the readme
