This is a repaint of the New Jersey Transit Arrow III to include the 25K sign instead of the 12K sign when operating on the Hoboken Division.
Unzip the directory into your railworks folder and copy the A-Car.GeoPcDx and B-Car.GeoPcDx files into the Engine 25K folder.
