I haven't seen any progress or discussions about this route. It makes me think, is this route discontinued. HSL is now currently working on (you will think of it): The HSL South v2. The other builder (Koplopermau) is currently working on this fictional route called Fictiva. When they are done with there own routes, they might work on this route.
