You can find this Package on the DB Cargo 189 and ex MRCE 189 090-099.
It is equipped with PZB/LZB (German Safety System), ATB (Dutch Safety System) and ETCS.
The Difference between VJ and VK is, that VJ cannot go to Austria and has a different GSM-R (ZFM BG21) as you can see.
