CabView fix SNG

This update restores the cab view of Christrains' SNG. The camera is too high.
Installation:
-Open "Utilities.exe" in your TrainSim root folder.
-Open "Package Manager in the window and refresh
-Press the "Install" button and select the .rwp

Drive this 2 car SGMm from 's-Hertogenbosch to Utrecht Centraal
You will be stopping at the stations of
Zaltbommel, Geldermalsen, Culemborg, Houten Castellum, Houten, Utrecht Lunetten, Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn and Utrecht Centraal
The trip will take approximately 45 minutes
nothing unusual is expected and it will be a smooth ride towards Utrecht!!
