Help for downloads from forum treinpunt.nl

Hello everyone,

I have a question about how to get a download, as this page from Forum treinpunt.nl no longer exists.

I'm looking for a freeware software there called Repaint Berliner Straßenbahn and it's for the GBE Dresden-Schönau Deluxe route.

How can I possibly access the archives of this forum page?

Thank you for your help, but unfortunately I can't get to this page or archive. I've tried using Chrome and Edge browsers.

A non-secure page is always displayed. I've also turned off the antivirus program and I can't access the page there either. Apparently the certificate is invalid.

But if you look at the page's certificate, everything is valid, including the period shown there.

Do you have a solution for how to access the page https://treinpunt.treinenwereld.eu/

Does it only work with a certain browser?

I would be very grateful for an answer.

Unfortunately, due to how the hosting of treinenwereld.eu is build, treinpunt.treinenwereld.eu is only available via http://treinpunt.treinenwereld.eu. Trying to access it via https will result in an error and a redirect to an error page of other software installed on the server.

 

As long as you use HTTP you can access the downloads. The site does not collect any data, so you shouldn't need encryption on it. However, I understand that most browsers do not like http websites. When I have some time I'll check if I can find a way to secure the connection.
