Startup package


Question

After buying the NL startup package last Sunday, I have been trying to find the download. Contacting you has been the most convoluted process I have ever attempted.

The only thing that went smoothly was the payment! So far I have not received any communication from SimTogether.

Is there anybody out there who can help? Thanks

Thank you for your message, and sorry to hear that you're not satisfied! The files were delivered immediately after your purchase. You should have also received an email about this. I haven't seen a support ticket or WhatsApp message from you.

Thank you both for your help. I still have received no emails. I checked both trash and delete folders.

So I don't know what went wrong. It is sad that today we have to jump trough so many hoops, to just communicate.

I could not sent a support ticket due to the fact that the link email also was never received. After numerous attempts I gave up.

It took quite a few attempts to get on the forum.

I tried, but in order to send a support ticket, you have to click on an email link to verify. As I do not get that email, the support system does not work.

I think something has gone wrong with the email system, wich I assume is automated. Might be worthwhile looking into.

Both links work fine now.

I still have not received any emails. But I guess the forum and support tickets are working fine and I can use those for communication.

Just for everyone: I am not a young 40 year old but a retired 80 year old electronics technician.

I find it hard to keep up with all the different setups. So please be patient.
