How to create different types of meteorology in RW?

Question

I would like to create my own weather in the RW, such as thunderstorm with lightning, rain, cloudy, clear, cloudy and clear, overcast, etc ... but I don't know if it can be done with blender 2.83 and 3dsmax

Hi Ter,

For making whether you do not use blender or 3DS max
Only the blueprint editor and  2 ace files

See examples blueprint.

Developer.zip

Ace files are include.
No need to make new rain or snow ace files.

See example.

There is all the weather and all the meteorology included in that attached compressed file, it is only to put it in the Assets folder of the game, activate it and I guess it will work, right?

Yes, put it in Source and open it in de Blueprint editor and check it and compile.

Keep in mind these are examples!!

Ok I'll look, let's say it's export to RW the same as I do when I create projects with blender 2.83 or 3dsmax, right?

Yes, If there is a IGS  file present and used in blueprint editor.

Weather and TimeOfDay blueprint  doesn't  use IGS files.

yes, you can ask.
As you now i am busy with Belgian Catenary but that is in 3DS max.
But the workflow and naming is the same.

But how is your progress with the lights?

I give you a lot of help but sadly i never saw a result....

True, except for the glass that I keep rolling so that the luminaires and streetlights with glass in the afternoon and procedural lights look transparent and turned off, the rest of the projects are going very well at the moment
