I use blender for making models, and it's more than sufficient for my needs.

@hanstreintje Thank you, a lot of time has gone into replicating as many details as possible! As you can see from the WIP shot Yarran posted earlier, the planked areas used to be plain faces. I loopcut them in regular intervals, extruded the individual faces and scaled them along the Y-Axis to replicate the bevelled edges (I hope that explanation wasn't too 'technical').

Hallo allemaal! Ik ben het, Elias. Gisteren heb ik mijn model van de NCS tramrijtuig BC6 voltooid, zoals het sinds 2022 weer in dienst is bij de Museumstoomtram Hoorn-Medemblik. Een representatie van de GoTM toestand is ook gepland, maar dit vereist enkele aanpassingen. (Disclaimer: Dutch isn't my first (nor second) language, and I'm definitely not fluent in it yet, so I hereby apologise for any errors (grammatical or otherwise) that occured in this post)
