   Treintje Amsterdam - Groningen en Utrecht - Groningen

   I started with TS again. I made 2 scenarios for N.O.Ned. v6.5a.
   Amsterdam - Groningen and Utrecht - Groningen
   With weather and broadcasting with the weather marker and sound marker from Sjef. That works really well once you get the hang of it.
   I have now finally also made a new explanation about this which explains this well
   Create messages from the broadcasting with RIS;
   create the broadcasts in WAV format via an audio program and most importantly put these WAV files in the sound marker.
    
   In this scenario the broadcasting messages are already built in.
   The nice thing is that the time in the HUD continues normally.
   The weather images and the sound and weather marker have been supplied with permission from SJEF61 so that any beginners will not have any problems with them.
   Also the SE portal marker!
