The NS 6400 is a series of diesel-electric locomotives of the MaK DE 6400 type built by Maschinenbau Kiel (MaK), later known as Vossloh, for the Dutch Railways (NS) for freight transport. After the split-up of NS in 1995, all 6400s were transferred to NS Cargo (now: DB Cargo). The locomotives are known in Germany as "Baureihe 264". -

The NS discontinued the Fyra in 2014. After the the new ICNG sets came on the tracks in 2021, people didn't like the Intercity Direct system. That's why the NS painted a few ICNG sets in the Fyra-colours. In this scenario, you are driving a Fyra to Haarburg, but before Krammendijk Stadion you get in front of a red signal to let the delayed ICE in front of you. Het scenario starts there with a Rolling Start. -

Due to maintenance, the 6000 series ('s Hertogenbosch - Utrecht CS) would be driving to Gouda. Even more special: there were 2 sets Flirt-3 on the route, instead of the usual SLT. In this scenario you will drive from 's Hertogenbosch yard to the platform, combine with another set and drive to Utrecht. Along the way you will find a temporary speed restriction of 100km/h. -

NS leased 4 Siemens Vectrons from the company ELL. It started with the 766 and 759, they run the the Nightjet to Vienna and Innsbruck. Later they leased the 263 and 733, which are used for the Nightjet to Zurich The 263 and the 733 got an ‘improved’ colour scheme, compared to the others. In this repaint pack you will find 6 reskins. 4 Vectrons (263, 733, 759 & 766) in the NS-Flow colour scheme, and two fictional reskins: One in the Fyra scheme and one in the ‘old’ NS-Intercity scheme. -

With this SNG soundmod, we want to show what is possible with soundmodding, so we try to make it as accurate as possible. Cab noises, rolling noises and engine noises were all recorded by our team and a few train drivers. -

Our intention with this soundmod was, to fix a lot of sound bugs and apply adjustments, so that it is nice for the user. Now we have the AI sound fixed, at R-NET A barge motor bogie removed, for the Arriva A carriage the same, motor bogie removed from the motor bogie-less bogies. New joint sounds, new rolling sounds, all motor bogies have sound, so not 1 as with the Linus soundmod. And we have given R-NET TAG a bogie sound which may be familiar to you. (the changes in the bins are important) -
