Locomotive HLD 5408

The HLD 54 is a series of diesel locomotives from the NMBS. Only 8 copies were built, four originally as series 204 (until 1971 the name of the HLD 54),
four were converted series of 202 locomotives (from the original order of the HLD 52). The series dates from 1957 and is based on the HLD 52, but the maximum speed is higher: 140 km / h instead of 120.

Locomotive HLD 6255 Infrabel

The HLD 62/63 is a Belgian locomotive with diesel-electric engine from the 1960s. Between 1961 and 1966 a total of 136 locomotive were delivered.
They were used to replace the last steam locomotives, on lines where there was no overhead line.
In 2003 they were taken out of service by the NMBS. Many locomotives have been transferred to infrastructure manager Infrabel. Like the HLD 6255.
