Passagiers vinden dat de inkrimping bij NS erg oncomforatbel is geworden. Vooral de ouderen klagen dat ze hierdoor hun rollator niet meer kunnen meenemen. NS bekijkt nog hoe dit te kunnen oplossen. Deze vorm van inkrimping schijnt wel erg in trek te zijn bij kinderen.
