Hi all,

This week we have updated the website software to the latest version. This update results in a better design of SimTogether and some great new features.  I would like to explain in more detail these features because we think you'll love them. During the update we experienced some downtime for which we apologise. 

At first:

Bugs

Unfortunately we still need to solve some bugs. This will take some times. Known bugs are:

- The dark mode does not work correctly at the homepage. We hope to solve this by the end of next week. 

- We are waiting for an update to the live stream application. We expect to solve this bug next week as well. Until this time the live stream page is not available.

- For the Screenshot Competition application we are waiting for an update as well. However we think that this will take longer. We try to bring the screenshot competition back in November.  

The new features:

Better design

The theme has completely rebuild which results in a better design and we tried to make it clearer to find the topics you are looking for. 

Create your own header

At the top of the website you can now change to your own header. Upload a cover photo in your profile and you will be able to use that photo as header. 

Footer

We have re-build the footer. Less is more. If you miss something, just let us know. 

Restyled menu

We've made also some changes to the menu. In the old style for some users it was unclear how to download purchased items. The link to your purchases is now integrated as sub item in the menu. Another change is that we have integrated the tutorials in the menu, We think that it will be now easier to find the tutorials. We hope that more users will share their knowledge!

Ik wil graag uw route downloaden, maar zodra ik naar de Koeblitzer Mountain Route 3 pagina op simtogether ga krijg ik een out of stock melding onderaan de pagina. Hoe kom ik nu aan deze vereiste benodigdheden? 

 

Zou daar eens naar gekeken kunnen worden hoe dat zit, ofwel een interne fout, of dat geweldigesjem mogelijke verkeerde handelingen doet als de fout niet bij de site ligt?

En als er om welke reden dan ook geen oplossing komt zal ik genoodzaakt zijn om hem naar de originele site te verwijzen. {is geen dreigement hoor.  )

Het starterspakket bevat Train Simulator 2020,  de Retro Canvas Route en een aantal Nederlandse treinen:
- NS VIRM

- NS Mat'64

- NS 6400

- Gbs wagon

Het starterspakket is zo gemaakt dat je alle scenario's kunt spelen op de Nederlandse Retro Canvas route met bovenstaande treinen. 

Je kunt Train Simulator 2020 vervolgens uitbreiden met de beschikbare freeware add-ons, waarvan er veel te downloaden zijn op SimTogether. Voor de Nederlandse routes is vaak nog wel additionele payware benodigd. Check bijvoorbeeld eens deze tutorial voor het installeren van Krammerdijks Deltaland, een gedetailleerde Nederlandse fictieve route. 

De andere beschikbare Nederlandse treinen kun je kopen in de webshop als je daar interesse in hebt. 

Hopelijk ben je een beetje op weg geholpen.

Ik denk dat dit over je aankoop gaat van vier uurtjes geleden. Je hebt de betaling via Sofort gedaan en dan gaat er soms enige tijd overheen voordat Sofort aan SimTogether communiceert dat de betaling is gedaan. Als je mij een betalingsbewijsje stuurt op info#simtogether.com, dan zal ik de order handmatig verwerken. Anders moet je even wachten totdat de betaling is gevalideerd; dan gaat 'ie gewoon mee in het automatische proces.

Er zijn ook veel aanvullende scenario's voor deze route te downloaden. Vaak moet er wel additioneel materieel worden geïnstalleerd.
