The Central Germany S-Bahn has two versions of Talent 2 trains. First the variant with green doors and the one with red. This is this variant with red doors, nothing has been changed except the paintwork. There are two downloads, one with red doors and one with red doors + DB logo. This is a compromise, since otherwise it was not possible to just add the DB to the front. You can see how that looks from the pictures. Finally, the option to use the USA and German box art as your TSW splash screen! Everyone's game usually defaults to show the HST front and center on the splash screen. But using these mods, you can choose which of the 3 locomotives is up front however you like. I'm honestly surprised this isn't an official feature. (Note that this will not work unless you have the entire TSW base collection. You need all three of GWE, RT, and NEC.)
