The HSL Amsterdam-Antwerpen route contains the full HSL-South in the Netherlands and HSL 4 in Belgium, from Amsterdam via Schiphol, Hoofddorp, Rotterdam, Breda and Noorderkempen to Antwerp. Version 4 now also contains the line from Breda to Tilburg! In total these add up to about 200km of playable lines! These lines allow for a big variaty of drivable trains: Commuter trains on the classic lines, Intercity Direct, Eurocity (Direct) and Eurostar trains are all possible. Important! First delete the old route before installing the new one. This can be done from the TS menu > Build and find the old route, and click delete. Or go via windows explorer to railworks\Content\Routes and delete the folder "fd3a837c-4903-4237-a76b-83229dca6b48". We wish everyone a lot of fun on the HSL Amsterdam-Antwerpen!16 points -

-What's new in South-West Netherlands 2.01 The biggest news of course is the expansion to Rotterdam Central Station. For a total length from Vlissingen to Rotterdam Central Station of no less than 145km! There will be no less than 7 new stations within the new piece, so you will be in 2.0 from Dordrecht can continue driving. You will pass De Kijfhoek, the largest shunting yard in the Netherlands. The Barendrecht Tunnel above ground. But of course also the Feyenoord Stadium to finally arrive in Rotterdam Central Station. Besides the expansion of the route, there have been many adjustments over the entire route to mention a few small things - Scenery further on , The route has more depth than ever before. There are more buildings to see in the distance, but of course trees, roads, etc. to make the route even more realistic. This also especially in the larger cities think of flats that can be seen in the background from the railroad. Although it is technically impossible to fill up everything and make the route run smoothly, I try to make it a bit more realistic. to make it seem that it's not just 1 street from the station. - Signals are also a lot replaced, fixed or improved with new settings for advanced signal aspects. - XGHL signals are also new in 2.0. With the arrival of the Kijfhoek there will be a lot more freight traffic, And in order for all these heavy trains to run safely over viaducts and through tunnels, these signals were created. - ETCS beacons on places where this protection is used for Christrain and the K-Trains Traxx. - Coha 2.0 track for an even more realistic look of the route by adding 2,5D elements for the sleepers and more. - Hand-junctions are now also new, before this everything was automatic. But to take it a step higher again. Several pieces have been rebuilt as well, - Goes got a new station, the platform was moved and rearranged. ( this because of the future viaduct ! ) - The canal through Walcheren has been completely replaced, now has water with reflection. also the towpath that runs along it has been modified. - Middelburg has had great adaptations in the area, mainly replacing houses. - Roosendal has tackled the old site, but also a large part of the environment. - Many towns and villages along the entire route have had adjustments when it comes to houses, as many houses as possible from the London area. route are mainly replaced by Dutch houses that were not there before. These are just a few small examples of what has been renewed, only a true connoisseur of the route will see everything ! And of course also the necessary improvements, to make everything even more realistic, a lot of houses have been replaced. the new Coha 2.0 tracks that do a lot. and all this without making the route heavier but with more FPS in heavy spots. in some places it might only be 1 or 2 fps. but every fps is another one ! All in all enough to look forward to !12 points -

This version of the route comes with a number of routes in the Gelderse Achterhoek and the Overijsselse Twente be found. The total length of the routes in this version of the route guarantees approximately 275 kilometers of driving pleasure. Among these there are quiet diesel lines, but also the busier lines of the main rail network. In addition, freight can be loaded and unloaded at various yards. In short, a very diverse and varied route with numerous options to play with. Manual: Achterhoek- en Twentelijnen V5.1.pdf12 points -

Description In V3.1 The Maastricht – Roermond section has been added to the route. Route markers added to the route. Various technical adjustments to the rails, switches, signals and ATB. More Portals for the scenario builders added to the route. The platforms in Landgraaf are extended to 130 meters. Vegetation on the Maastricht - Kerkrade section adjusted. New station buildings for Klimmen-Ransdaal and Voerendaal. CTAs replaced by new type from Christrains In V3.1, the Maastricht Randwyck – Kerkrade Centrum section was added to the route. This section is mainly served by Arriva with the following services: RE 18: Express train Maastricht – Aachen VV. (from the December 2023 timetable this will be the three-country train Liège – Aachen via Maastricht and Heerlen). RS 18: Stopping train from Maastricht Randwyck to Kerkrade Centrum VV. From Maastricht Randwyck to Maastricht you drive a small section on the Maastricht - Liège line. From Maastricht to Schin op Geul follow the line Maastricht – Aachen. In Schin op Geul you then switch to the Schin op Geul to Heerlen line. From Heerlen to Landgraaf you come on the Sittard – Herzogenrath line. The last stretch from Landgraaf to Kerkrade Center is on the Miljoenenlijn. The tram line Maastricht - Vaals is a lost steam tram line in the Limburg hills. The line connected Maastricht and Vaals between 1922/1925 and 1938 via Gulpen and Wijlre. The line had a length of 28 kilometers and was carried out in standard gauge. The simulation assumes that the line has been operated for a longer period of time. In the 1990s, the “Stichting Museumlijn Maastricht – Vaals” (SMMV) was established. After approval from the provincial government, the dilapidated line was made accessible again and the foundation could start with tourist trips on this line. (similar to the ZLSM on the million-dollar line). The simulation shows the situation around 2020. The simulation of the Miljoenenlijn is as it is operated by the ZLSM in the present time. This applies to the route, but also to all speeds indicated on signs. The route is 2-track between Wijlre and Schin op Geul. Seen from Wijlre, the ZLSM only runs on the left track. You can drive on the right, but then you have to go through quite a bit of wild grass… From Schin op Geul to Valkenburg you also drive on the left track.8 points -

Today you drive the IC Roosendaal-Vlissingen with severe weather. First and foremost my thanks go to Sjef, for the beautifully crafted markers and fork lightning. Whereby it was possible for me to add beautiful effects. Thank you very much for this. This scenario includes the following: - Alternating weather - Fork lightning - Station broadcaster - Train broadcaster - Drive-by * - Spoken train traffic control - Emergency vehicles - Stop signals - Sound effects * ATTENTION: WITH A DRIVE-BY YOU MUST DRIVE ON THE “HUD” FOR A TIME. Tip: It is best to drive with the ATB, so that the correct speeds are maintained. And the timing of the scenario is running smoothly. This scenario works only in 64 bit.8 points -

This package was originally intended as an exclusive set for Project Randstad, but due to increasing demand for this package, it was nevertheless decided to release it as a separate package for everyone. The set is meant to give routes an even more realistic picture, in my opinion overhead contact line is an important part of a route, because you constantly drive underneath it. A lot of time has been devoted to the development and testing of the set, but due to the complexity of the set, it is quite possible that something has been overlooked, errors can be reported in the topic at the train point. Note: Because this package relies on realism, it is an extensive and complicated package, placing realistic overhead wires takes a lot of time. Read this manual carefully! Features: Various types, including HSL SOUTH Manual in Dutch Installation: Install the included .rwp file with Utilities.exe "Steam\SteamApps\common\ RailWorks" start the game and "Clear Cache" Restart the game and have fun7 points -

With this new simulation program, you can take the role of the signaller of a railway station. The goal of the simulation is to ensure smooth running of the trains throughout your area of responsibility. You can do this by setting points and signals. Note: this is not an add-on for a different simulator, but a separate, freeware program. Note: this is a beta version (see below). Requirements: - Microsoft .Net Framework needs to be installed. - A second monitor is useful to get an overview of bigger stations - About 1.5 GB of RAM will be consumed by the sim. This is quite a lot, but hopefully it will be reduced in a later version ? Installation: Not necessary. Just unpack the Zip and play. In the Zip you can also find the manual. Content: In this simulation you have the choice between four stations: - The relatively modern GRS NX interlocking system that is installed on Roermond station. A demonstration is available here: https://vimeo.com/433942880 - Another GRS NX interlocking system of Heerlen station. - The pre-WW2 Siemens&Halske interlocking system that was installed on Kerkrade West station until 1988. A demonstration is available here: https://vimeo.com/500904526 - Another S&H interlocking system of Wijlre station (both signal boxes). All stations and their interlocking systems were recreated in the situation of the late 80s with great attention to detail. The same applies for the provided timetables. A detailed instruction manual is provided for the sim (however presently only in the Dutch language), as well as a separate manual for each station that shows the local specialties. Beta version: This is a beta version. The main goal is to test that everything works as it should. So if you encounter anything strange, I would really appreciate a comment below so it can be fixed. To make the beta testing easier, this version does not simulate any technical failures or delays yet. So if something goes wrong, it's due to the sim and not due to a failure. ENJOY!7 points -

In this update, the Belgian train control system TBL1+/MEMOR has been added to ChrisTrains' BR 186 "Traxx". MEMOR is the predecessor of TBL1+ and works with so-called "crocodiles" that lie between the rails at a signal, for example. TBL1+ was introduced in 2008, and in the meantime is already slowly being replaced by the European ETCS. Today, TBL1+ is present on virtually the entire Belgian rail network. Installation: Install the necessary updates for the Traxx and the Coha BE signaling package (see manual) Download and install the TBL1+ update with the included .exe file Delete the cached files from TS with "Clear cache" Important notices: Testing has shown that the package can cause problems with repaints from the DCR BR 186 Traxx repaint pack. The standard NMBS/NS Traxx from ChrisTrains work fine. This is being worked on by the DCR team Please read the manual thoroughly! TBL1+ seems to be a rather complex system, but in the manual all possible scenarios and required actions are explained For route builders: a manual on how to place the balises is included in the Manuals.zip This update is not (yet) compatible with the "SKTRAINS Belgian signalling pack" Preview: https://youtu.be/XUm6xM7bZCM If you have any questions or comments, feel free to send a PM or leave a message in the comments. Enjoy the update! Thanks to: ChrisTrains, Coha.nl and many others5 points -
